We'll focus on proper grip\, technique\, and body control while building the strength and confidence needed to move up the bars progressions.\nSkills we'll cover include:\n*Grip & hang position\n*Casting\n*Pullovers\n*Glide swings\n*and more! \nWith drills and coaching tailored to each athlete's level\, everyone will leave with stronger technique and more confidence on the bars!\nAges 5 & up\n$15 per athlete\nBeginner through Advanced\nCome swing\, build skills\, and have fun!
