Our TGC Tots classes are for our youngest athletes, beginning at age 2, and require a parent or adult to participate. These classes are 45 minutes long, and focus on strengthening gross motor skills, body control, as well as tumbling and gymnastics fundamentals. Our Preschool Gymnastics classes are the next step after TGC Tots classes and do not require parent participation. In these classes, athletes will continue to work and refine their gross motor skills and be introduced to more advanced tumbling and gymnastics elements.
