RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Our recreational gymnastics program gives kids ages 5 to 18 a welcoming space to learn real gymnastics skills without the pressure of competition. With open enrollment year-round, there’s never a wrong time to get started. Athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence as they work through skill levels at their own pace. No uniform, no experience needed, just a love for the sport and a great community to grow in.
BOYS GYMNASTICS
TGC’s Boys Gymnastics program gives young athletes a place to build strength, agility, and confidence using equipment like floor, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Coaches tailor drills to each apparatus and skill level, guiding boys from first-time explorers learning basic rolls and swings to more advanced athletes looking to perfect their form. Along the way, boys build power, coordination, and mental toughness in a supportive and safe environment. If your son is looking for a fun way to stay active, TGC has a place for him to grow!
COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS
Competitive gymnastics at TGC is more than a sport. It’s a team, a season, and a whole lot of growth. Our full-season program is open to athletes born between 2009 and 2021 and runs from August through May. Athletes practice 4 to 7 hours per week, learning level-appropriate routines while building strength, technique, and confidence alongside their teammates.
